The first impression for a prospective buyer is very important!
- Fertilize and water the lawn.

- Steam clean carpets.
- Apply a fresh coat of neutral colored paint to walls or rooms.
- Put away all dishes in the kitchen.

- Floors
- Toilets

- Fix leaky faucets.
- Pack away excess clutter.
- Replace old toilet seats.
- Replace door knobs that aren't working.
- Make sure the home smells good.
